Item 8.01. Other Events.
On December 23, 2009, the Nasdaq Stock Market ("Nasdaq") notified inTEST Corporation (the "Company") that the Company had regained compliance with the $1.00 minimum bid price requirement for continued listing on The Nasdaq Capital Market under Listing Rule 5550(a)(2). On September 15, 2009, the Company received a staff determination letter from Nasdaq indicating that the Company had failed to maintain a minimum bid price of $1.00 over the previous 30 consecutive days as required by the Listing Rules of Nasdaq. On December 22, 2009, the Company's Common Stock had been at $1.00 per share or greater for at least 10 consecutive business days. Accordingly, the Company has regained compliance with the Minimum Bid Price Rule.
On December 28, 2009 the Company issued a press release with respect to regaining this compliance. A copy of that press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
