On March 28, 2019, EPR Properties (the "Company") issued a press release announcing that the Company hired Gregory E. Zimmerman as its Executive Vice President and Chief Investment Officer, effective April 15, 2019. The Company's press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and is incorporated by reference in this Item 7.01.
