On July 20, 2007, Bridgeline Software, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the appointment of John Cavalier to the Company’s Board of Directors effective July 17, 2007.  A copy of the press release is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this report and is incorporated herein by reference.

The Company expects that Mr. Cavalier will be named to serve on the Audit Committee and the Compensation Committee of the Company’s Board of Directors.
