Item 8.01 Other Events.

On August 3, 2007, Sport-Haley, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a news release announcing the cancellation of the special meeting of shareholders scheduled for August 6, 2007 at 10:00 a.m. Denver, Colorado time.  The purpose of the special meeting was to elect an additional board member.  However, the sole nominee for election to the board delivered a letter to the Company on August 3, 2007, withdrawing his consent to stand for election.  A copy of this press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and the information contained therein is incorporated herein by reference.
