Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

 

Effective November 11, 2013, Mark Skaletsky resigned from the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Alkermes plc (the “Company”).  Mr. Skaletsky resigned from the Board for personal reasons. Mr. Skaletsky’s decision was not the result of any disagreement between the Company and Mr. Skaletsky on any matter, including with respect to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.  Prior to his resignation, Mr. Skaletsky was a member of the Compensation Committee.
