(1) | 25% of the shares subject to the stock option shall vest on December 16, 2014, and the remaining shares shall vest in substantially equal monthly installments over the following three years, subject to accelerated vesting provisions set forth in that certain Executive Employment Agreement, dated as of December 12, 2013, between the reporting person and the issuer, a copy of which is filed as Exhibit 10.1 to the Current Report on Form 8-K filed by the issuer with the Securities and Exchange Commission on December 17, 2013. |
