On February 22, 2019, Jeff Park provided the Board of Directors (“the Board”) of Diplomat Pharmacy, Inc. (the “Company”) with notice of his resignation from the Board, effective immediately.
A copy of the Company’s news release regarding the foregoing matter is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
