(1) Received in exchange for 2,000 shares of the common stock of First Oak Brook Bancshares, Inc. ("FOBB") in connection with the merger (the "Merger") of FOBB with MB Financial, Inc. ("MBFI"). On August 25, 2006, the effective date of the merger, the closing price of MBFI common stock was $36.03 and the closing price of FOBB common stock was $37.30.
(2) Received in exchange for 2,958 shares of FOBB common stock in connection with the Merger.
(3) Received in the Merger in exchange for an option to purchase 1,000 shares of FOBB common stock at an exercise price of $21.50 per share.
(4) Received in the Merger in exchange for an option to purchase 1,500 shares of FOBB common stock at an exercise price of $29.83 per share.
(5) Received in the Merger in exchange for an option to purchase 1,500 shares of FOBB common stock at an exercise price of $28.20 per share.
(6) Received in the Merger in exchange for director stock units (representing deferred director fees) ('DSUs") for 6,055 shares of FOBB common stock.
