Item 2.02     Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On May 6, 2009, Noranda Aluminum Holding Corporation issued a press release and will hold a conference call regarding its financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2009. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K.
