Item 5.02 Departure of Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
Effective July 12, 2007, the Board of Directors of Geneva Resources, Inc. (the "Company") appointed Marcus M. Johnson, one of the Company's directors, as the Company's interim President and Chief Executive Officer, replacing Stacey Kivel, who had served as the Company's President and Chief Executive Officer until such date.
Item 8.01 Other Events.
On July 18, 2007, the Company issued a news release announcing results from 256 channel samples obtained during the Company's ongoing Phase I exploration program at the Vilcoro Gold Property located in north-central Peru.
