ITEM 8.01. Other Events.

 

On April 19, 2005, SRA International, Inc. announced that it had signed a definitive agreement to acquire Touchstone Consulting Group, Inc., a privately-held management consultancy with an established track record of serving senior executives in the federal government. The acquisition is expected to be completed by the end of April.

 

Touchstone Consulting Group, Inc. provides strategic consulting services to its customers throughout the federal government, including the Department of Homeland Security, Department of Defense, intelligence agencies and the Office of Management and Budget.

 

The full text of the press release issued in connection with the announcement is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
