On January 13, 2007, Newtek Business Services published a Notice of Filing of Application for Acquisition of a Savings Association under § 574.3 of the Regulations of the Office of Thrift Supervision for Acquisitions of Savings Associations, in the Milwaukee Journal/Sentinel.
