On February 14, 2008, eLoyalty announced its results of operations for the fourth quarter of 2007 and announced new Integrated Contact Solutions contracts. A copy of the press release announcing the Company’s fourth quarter 2007 results is included as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K report and is incorporated by reference. A copy of the press release announcing the Company’s new Integrated Contact Solutions contracts is included as Exhibit 99.2 to this Form 8-K report and is incorporated by reference.
On February 14, 2008, eLoyalty Corporation will host a conference regarding its fourth quarter 2007 results of operations. The presentation materials relating to that conference call are available on the Company’s website, www.eloyalty.com, and are attached as Exhibit 99.3 to this report and are incorporated by reference.
