ITEM 8.01 Other Events.

SRA International, Inc. (the “Company”) has received a number of inquires regarding the status of the National Guard Bureau’s Advanced Information Technology Services procurement. To ensure appropriate public dissemination of its response to these inquiries, the Company reports that the procurement remains open and the government contracting office recently issued a revised request for proposal. The Company intends to submit revised technical and cost proposals within the next few weeks.
