ITEM 8.01.    Other Events.

On July 2, 2008, SRA International, Inc. (the Company) announced the purchase of Interface and Control Systems, Inc. (ICS). ICS is a privately-held product development and engineering services firm specializing in real-time, embedded and autonomous command and control software systems for space applications. The results of ICS’s operations will be included in the Company’s results of operations beginning July 1, 2008.

A copy of the press release, dated July 2, 2008, announcing the signing of the Agreement is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
