ITEM 8.01. Other Events.

On September 2, 2008, SRA International, Inc. (“the Company”) announced the sale of Constella Futures Holding, LLC (“Constella Futures”). Constella Futures was a wholly owned subsidiary of Constella Group, LLC, which was acquired by the Company in August 2007. Constella Futures was sold to a group of private investors led by former Constella Group, LLC Chairman & Chief Executive Officer, Donald A. Holzworth. The transaction is effective immediately.

A copy of the press release, dated September 2, 2008, announcing the transaction is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
