(c) On November 6, 2008, John Bean Technologies Corporation (“JBT”) named Megan Donnelly its Chief Accounting Officer. Ms. Donnelly, 39, has been JBT’s Director of Financial Control since its spinoff from FMC Technologies, Inc. on July 31, 2008. Prior to the spinoff, she was FMC Technologies, Inc.’s Manager of Financial Reporting and Accounting Research since April 2005, and served as a consultant to FMC Technologies, Inc. from January 2002 until April 2005.
