On January 13, 2009, W&T Offshore, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release providing an update on its 2008 drilling activities and 2009 capital expenditures, as well as production, reserves and ceiling test impairment guidance. A copy of the press release, dated January 13, 2009, is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1.
