On February 2, 2009, Continental Resources, Inc. issued a press release announcing that it will issue its fourth quarter 2008 earnings press release before the market opens on Thursday, February 26, 2009. The press release contained dial-in and website broadcast information regarding a conference call to discuss the earnings press release to be held on Thursday, February 26, 2009 at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time.
