(b) SRA International, Inc. (the “Company”) announced on February 13, 2009, that Executive Vice President Barry S. Landew is retiring from the Company effective March 6, 2009. The Company expects to enter into a separation agreement with Mr. Landew. The terms are still under negotiation.
A copy of the press release, dated February 13, 2009, announcing the retirement is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
