ITEM 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.

SRA International, Inc. (NYSE: SRX), a leading provider of technology and strategic consulting services and solutions to government organizations and commercial clients, today announced it has been awarded a recompete task order by U.S. General Services Administration’s (GSA’s) Federal Systems Integration and Management Center (FEDSIM). SRA will continue to provide comprehensive enterprise-wide IT services to support the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC). The value of the task order over the next five years, if all options are exercised, is estimated at $457.8 million. The performance-based task order took effect September 3.
