(b) On September 22, 2009, in connection with the elimination of his position, Ron Boire’s employment with Toys “R” Us, Inc. (the “Company”) was terminated without cause. Mr. Boire has served as our Executive Vice President – President – “R” Us Brands since February 2009. Mr. Boire has not advised the Company of any disagreement with the Company or any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
