ALIMENTATION COUCHE-TARD EXTENDS CASH TENDER OFFER FOR
CASEYS GENERAL STORES

Laval, Québec July 12, 2010 Alimentation Couche-Tard Inc. (Couche-Tard) today announced that the previously announced tender offer by its indirect wholly-owned subsidiary to acquire all of the outstanding shares of common stock of Caseys General Stores, Inc. (Caseys) (NASDAQ: CASY) for $36.00 per share in cash has been extended and will now expire at 5:00 p.m., New York City time, on August 6, 2010, unless the offer is further extended. The offer had been scheduled to expire at 12:00, midnight, New York City time, on July 9, 2010. All other terms and conditions of the tender offer remain unchanged.
As of 12:00, midnight, New York City time, on July 9, 2010, 9,792,196 shares of common stock of Caseys (including 275,732 shares subject to guarantees of delivery), representing approximately 19.2% of the outstanding shares of Caseys, were tendered and not withdrawn pursuant to the offer.
The tender offer documents, including the Offer to Purchase and the Letter of Transmittal, have been filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
