On March 4, 2012, Range Resources Corporation (“Range”) issued a press release announcing the pricing of $750 million aggregate principal amount of 5.0% senior subordinated notes (the “notes”) due 2023. The notes were issued at par. Range expects that the net proceeds of the offering will be approximately $737.8 million and intends to use the net proceeds to repay borrowings under its senior credit facility.
