Item 1.01. Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement.

On December 29, 2017, Fidus Investment Corporation (the “Company”) entered into an amendment (the “Amendment”) to its existing Senior Secured Revolving Credit Agreement dated as of June 16, 2014 (as amended from time to time, the “Credit Facility”) among the Company, as borrower, ING Capital LLC, as administrative agent, and the lenders party thereto.

The Amendment modifies the Credit Facility to, among other things, extend the maturity date from June 16, 2018 to June 16, 2019.
