On November 16, 2007, Coinmach Service Corp. (AMEX: "DRY", "DRA") issued a press release announcing the delay of the closing of its merger with Spin Acquisition Co., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Spin Holdco Inc., to November 19, 2007.
