Our Annual Meeting of Shareholders was held on May 6, 2010. At the Annual Meeting, shareholders considered the election of directors, approval of the Rights Agreement by and between us and Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, as amended through December 29, 2009 (the "Rights Agreement") and the ratification of the appointment of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as our independent registered public accounting firm for 2010.
