On April 30, 2015, MRI Interventions, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing information regarding the Company’s results of operations and financial condition for the first fiscal quarter ended March 31, 2015. A copy of the press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1.
