On November 7, 2012, Two Harbors Investment Corp. issued a press release announcing that Steven Kuhn, currently Co-Chief Investment Officer, will step down from that role effective January 1, 2013. William Roth, who has shared the role of Co-Chief Investment Officer with Mr. Kuhn over the past three years, will remain in the role of Chief Investment Officer after Mr. Kuhn's departure. Two Harbors' press release dated November 7, 2012, is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein in its entirety by this reference.
