On January 23, 2019, Advaxis, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that the United States Food and Drug Administration has placed a partial clinical hold on the Company’s Phase 3 Study of ADXS11-001. The Company’s press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this current report and is incorporated herein by reference.
