Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

On April 4, 2018, Patrick Miller, President and CEO; and Tim Trenary, Chief Financial Officer of Commercial Vehicle Group, Inc. (the “Company”) will deliver presentations to certain potential investors as part of one or more non-deal roadshows.
