Other Events.

On December 9, 2014, Federal Signal Corporation (“the Company”) announced that a Philadelphia, Pennsylvania jury found in favor of the Company in a lawsuit brought by three Philadelphia firefighters who claimed that one of the Company’s siren products caused them hearing loss. The Company issued the attached press release.
