Effective
as of January 8, 2007, R. Stephen Briggs has assumed a new role as Executive
Vice President, LAD. In this role, Mr. Briggs will focus on the LAD Division’s
product innovation and differentiation; marketing, product and distribution
strategy; and development and maintenance of relationships with key distribution
partners. At Mr. Briggs’ request and to accommodate his desire to spend more
time in his community activities and with his family, he will serve in a reduced
hours role.
