Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition
On August 14, 2014, Owens Realty Mortgage, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing, among other things, the Company’s financial results for the fiscal quarter ended June 30, 2014. A copy of this press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
Concurrent with the issuance of the press release, an investor slide presentation titled “Real Estate Portfolio Report” that provides information about the Company’s asset portfolio was posted in the “Investor Relations” area of the Company's website. A copy of the slide presentation is furnished as Exhibit 99.2.
