On June 19, 2015, Owens Realty Mortgage, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the declaration of a special dividend of $0.10 per share of common stock and a quarterly cash dividend of $0.08 per share of common stock to be paid together on July 14, 2015 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on June 30, 2015.
A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
