     On January 5, 2004, Teleflex Incorporated issued a press release announcing that, as of December 16, 2003, it had consummated the acquisition of Hendersons Automotive Inc., based in Westland, Michigan, and Hendersons Lumbar Division, based in Geelong Victoria, Australia.
