IPALCO's percentage of the total transmission and distribution assets has remained the same at 15%, and IPALCO's percentage of the total revenues from such assets has increased from 12% to 13% for the twelve-month period ending September 30, 2001 compared to the twelve-month period ending June 30, 2001. ITEM (5) PER EXEMPTION ORDER: Neither CILCO nor IPL has sold or transferred any electric and/or gas utility assets to any affiliate company of the AES consolidated holding company system during the third quarter of 2001.
