Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure

 

As set forth in our proxy statement for the annual meeting to be held on May 7, 2008, as of March 10, 2008, the total number of outstanding common stock options for all of our option plans was 18,871,168. The weighted average exercise price of these options was $23.19 and the weighted average remaining contractual life of these options was 5.50 years.
