On February 19, 2008, Arotech Corporation (the “Registrant”) publicly disseminated a press release (the “Release”) announcing the acquistion by the Registrant’s wholly-owned subsidiary FAAC Incorporated of Realtime Technologies, Inc., for $1,350,000. A copy of the Release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto.
