ITEM 12. RESULTS OF OPERATIONS AND FINANCIAL CONDITION
On May 13, 2004, Martin Midstream Partners L.P. (the “Partnership”) issued a press release reporting its financial results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2004. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report and will be published on the Partnership’s website at www.martinmidstream.com.
On May 14, 2004, at 3:00 p.m. Central Time, the Partnership will hold an investors’ conference call to discuss the Partnership’s financial results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2004. The supplemental financial data, including certain non-generally accepted accounting principle financial measures, that will be discussed during the investors’ conference call is included in the above referenced press release.
