Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

(b) Natural Health Trends Corp. (the “Company”) regretfully announced today that one of the members of its Board of Directors, Sir Brian Wolfson, passed away on May 10, 2007. Sir Brian had served as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors since March 2006 and, prior to that, as Chairman of the Board of Directors since 2003. The Company is grateful for his many years of service and mourns his passing.
