     On March 13, 2008, representatives of Crown Crafts, Inc. (the “Company”) will begin making presentations at investor conferences using slides containing the information attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1. The Company is furnishing the text of the slides pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Commission’s (“SEC”) Regulation FD.
