Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition
On October 26, 2004, Federal Signal Corporation (the “Registrant”) issued an earnings release announcing its financial results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2004. A copy of the earnings release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
The Registrant also held a conference call on October 26, 2004 in connection with the earnings release for the third quarter ended September 30, 2004.
