of Operations and Financial Condition” of form 8-K in accordance with SEC

On June 8, 2006 Robert D. Welding, president and Chief Executive Officer,
and Stephanie K. Kushner, Chief Financial Officer, will meet with investors at
the KeyBanc Capital Market’s Industrial & Automotive Conference in Boston, Mass.
They will be reviewing the recent operational and financial performance of
the Company and discussing the outlook for 2006. A copy of the
presentation materials is attached as Exhibit 99.1.
