     On November 1, 2006 Robert D. Welding, president and chief executive officer, and Stephanie K. Kushner, vice president and chief financial officer, will speak to investors at the Goldman Sachs Capital Goods Conference in New York City.
     They will be reviewing the recent operational and financial performance of the Company and discussing the outlook for 2006. A copy of the presentation materials is attached as Exhibit 99.1.
