     (d)     Election of Director

     The Board of Directors of Servidyne, Inc. (the “Company”) elected Mr. Herschel Kahn to the Board effective January 15, 2008. Mr. Kahn was recommended to the Board by Mr. David L. Abrams, a significant shareholder and former director of the Company.
