On December 11, 2007, VistaCare, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its
financial results for the fiscal quarter and fiscal year ended September 30, 2007. A copy of the

On December 11, 2007, the Company held a conference call discussing its financial results for the
fiscal quarter and fiscal year ended September 30, 2007. A transcript of the conference call is
furnished as Exhibit 99.2 to this Report.
