StorageMart strengthens presence in Georgia with new facility in fast-growing community in north metro Atlanta
ATLANTA, GA, September 12, 2024 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Ackerman & Co. and Trout Daniel & Associates (TD&A) have brokered the acquisition of a 95,430-square-foot self-storage facility in Canton, GA, on behalf of StorageMart. The newly built facility at 4843 Holly Springs Pkwy features 865 units.
David Paulson, Stephen Lapierre and Wyatt Whitaker of Ackerman Co. and Steven Cornblatt and Coleman Tirone of Trout Daniel & Associates represented StorageMart in the transaction. The seller of the property was SMV Hudson LLC.
The self-storage facility – StorageMart's fifth property in Georgia – features a mix of unit sizes, climate-controlled options and drive-up access.

The Canton facility has enhanced security features including 24-hour video surveillance, on-site management and 24/7 customer support.
Also in Georgia, StorageMart has facilities in Athens at 3985 Atlanta Hwy and 251 Collins Industrial Blvd, Lawrenceville at 794 Scenic Hwy South, and in Milledgeville at 1891 North Columbia Street.
