The application revolves around the ".anime" and ".manga" Web3 domains introduced by Kintsugi and Unstoppable last year alongside the animedomains.com digital marketplace. The submission is timed to align with ICANN's highly anticipated six-year registration program scheduled for next year.
Kintsugi Global has now become a supporter of the Vision for a Digital Garden City Nation ("DigiDen") promoted by the Japanese Government. As part of the initiative, Kintsugi will launch an anime and manga platform that will empower creators by enabling blockchain-based content distribution and control over their intellectual property while fostering Web3 communities and fan engagement through digital collectibles.
