Christina Real Estate Investors Raises Over $44 Million for Latest Portfolio

The portfolio already includes seven properties in the Westside region of Los Angeles

Christina Development Corporation (“Christina”), a Malibu-based real estate sponsor and manager, has announced the final close of Christina Real Estate Investors 4, LLC (“Christina 4”). Raising $44.1 million in equity from over 150 investors across the United States, Christina 4 – the latest offering in the firm’s programmatic series of private equity real estate companies – launched in 2019 and has since acquired six multi-family properties and one retail project in the Westside region of Los Angeles. The seven properties acquired to date total 61 apartment units adjacent to CBS Television City; nearly 7,500 square feet of retail space in the West Third Street Shopping District; 22 soon-to-be-built condominiums in West Hollywood; and a rare 15-unit beachfront property in Playa del Rey.
